Book a walkthrough
For tender, contracts and commercial teams

See every change in every corrigendum, clause by clause.

Each new issue of a tender is compared with the one before it. Every change is marked on the printed page, so your team reviews what changed instead of reading the whole document again.

Why changes get missed

Tender periods are short and the documents are long. The risk sits in a few lines.

Corrigenda arrive as full documents

A changed time limit on one page looks like every other page in a re-issued PDF.

Special conditions rewrite the standard form

A deleted cap or a shortened notice period is easy to read past when the standard wording is in another volume.

Several people, several copies

Estimators, planners and contracts staff each mark up their own copy, and nobody holds one list of what changed.

What you get

A private web page for each tender, rebuilt from your PDFs, with the changes marked and a register of the clauses that move risk.

Corrigendum redlines

Removed words in maroon, italic and struck through, new words in green, a bar in the margin (amber changed, green added, maroon removed) and a tag naming the issue: Corr.1 Corr.2. Turn each issue on or off.

Special conditions against the standard form

Every clause the special conditions amend, replace or delete is set beside the standard wording it changes.

Clause risk register

The printed clause comes first, then a short summary and a suggested rating. Your team records its own decision against each clause.

Search in tender language

Find clause numbers, appendices and annexes, and terms such as LD, DLP and EOT, across every document in the tender.

Every file accounted for

Each PDF you send is either on the site or on a written list of what was left out and why. Nothing goes missing quietly.

Private by project

Each tender is walled off from the others. Sign-ins are approved one by one, and every sign-in and download is logged.

A sample

Try the toggles. Each issue has its own colour and can be shown or hidden.

Invented example for illustration. It is not taken from any real contract or tender.

Sample Contract SC-01 · Conditions of Contract · page 41

22.3 Notice of claims

Corr.1(1) The Contractor shall give notice of any claim to the Contract Administrator within 28 days 14 days after the event giving rise to the claim, in the form set out in Appendix F.

Corr.2(2) The notice shall state the clause relied upon and give an estimate of the additional time and cost. Failing such notice, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any additional time or payment in respect of that event.

Corr.2(3) The Contract Administrator shall respond within 14 days 28 days of receiving the notice.

Special conditions, item 12 · Clause 31.2 deleted and replaced
1. As printed
Clause 31.2 of the Standard Conditions is deleted and replaced as follows: "Liquidated damages shall be payable at the rate stated in the Appendix for every day of delay."
Standard form
"... provided that the total liquidated damages shall not exceed 10% of the Contract Sum."
2. Summary High

The 10% cap in the standard form is removed. Liquidated damages now run for every day of delay with no upper limit.

Checked by 2 independent reviewers; planted errors caught 3 of 3. A check lowers the error rate; it does not remove it.
3. Recommendation

Price the uncapped exposure into the programme risk, or raise a tender query asking whether the cap was meant to be removed.

AI recommendation ONLY, not advice.

How we check

A missed change costs far more than a slow one, so the checks come before speed.

Page by page rebuild

Each page is rebuilt from the PDF and its text compared with the PDF's own text. A page that fails is shown as the original page image, with the reason.

Issue against issue

Each corrigendum is compared with the issue before it, and the change marks are reviewed for false alarms.

Notes stay hidden until checked

A summary is shown only after independent reviewers have read the printed clause themselves and compared it with the note line by line.

Planted errors

Every check round contains deliberate mistakes. If a reviewer misses one, the round does not count.

What it is

  • One shared view of what changed and where, for the whole tender team.
  • A clause register your team can decide against and audit later.

What it is not

  • Legal advice. Every summary is labelled as AI output, and the decision stays with your team.
  • A replacement for reading the clauses that matter. The printed wording always comes first.
  • A line-by-line drawing comparison. Drawings are registered and reconciled, not redlined.
